For the participants of the congress
Shuttle bus
From14:00 to 15:00 on September 25th, there will be free shuttle bus services from the venue of the Hangzhou International Expo Center to the ICC venue in Lin'an.
Special Reminder: All ICC participants must bring their luggage to the venue in the morning of September 25th. There will be a dedicated service staff and a secure luggage room with a numbering system at the venue.
For the ICC participants who do not attend the congress
No shuttle service will be provided from the airport to the ICC venue. Therefore, participants are advised to first to go the Hangzhou International Exhibition Centee before 2:00 PM on September 25 to take the free shuttle to the ICC venue.
Get there on your own
By taxi: The distance from Hangzhou International Expo Center to the venue of ICC is approximately 90 kilometers, which takes about 80 minutes. The taxi fare is approximately 40 US dollars.
By public transportation: Arrive at [Hangzhou West Coach Station] and take the [Yuqian Bus Station - Hangzhou West Coach Station Special Line]. Transfer to Bus No.2867 at the [Yuqian Expressway Intersection] Bus Station and get off at [ShaoluVillage Committee Station]. The entire process takes approximately 150 minutes.
*The ICC venue in Lin'an is located in a newly built area, and public transportation is relatively inconvenient. It is strongly recommended that you take the congress shuttle bus at the International Expo Center to get there.
Departure
From September 29th, free shuttle buses will be arranged to depart from the ICC venue to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH) and Hangzhoudong Railway Station. The specific schedule will be announced on https://www.biosphere2025.org.cn.
