Frequent Questions

If someone wants to participate in the ICC meeting, but not the Congress or vice versa - is there a separate registration?

Yes, registration for the congress and the ICC meeting is handled separately, and participants have the option to register for either event individually.
Is there a fee to host a side event or exhibit booth?

The Venue of the side event will be provided for free with basic equipment, such as screens, audio equipment, stage, table and chairs and so on.
Is there a fee for participant registration?

No. The participant registration is free of charge.
When and where will The 5^th WCBR take place?

The World Congress of Biosphere Reserves 2025 will be held from September 22^nd to 26^th, 2025, at the Hangzhou International Expo Center.
How can I apply for a visa？

If your country isn't included in China's visa-free policy, you'll need to apply for a visa to attend the Congress.
When will Side-events take place?

Side events will be scheduled from 13:15 to 14:45 or after plenary sessions from 18:15 to 19:45, between 22^th and 24^th September.
