The Venue of the side event will be provided for free with basic equipment, such as screens, audio equipment, stage, table and chairs and so on. However, the organizer of the side event will be responsible for covering the expenses related to services beyond the basic equipment, including the rental of interpretation equipment, transcription services, and so on.

Regarding the exhibition, the booths are available on a rental basis. Organizers are required to pay varying rental fees based on the size of the booths and the services provided. For more detailed information, please refer to the exhibition introduction page.
