Side events will be scheduled from 13:15 to 14:45 or after plenary sessions from 18:15 to 19:45, between 22^th and 24^th September.

Interested participants are welcome to submit side event proposals via [online form] until 9^th May, 2025. Proposals may be hybrid or fully in-person meeting. Rooms can accommodate up to 80 people, provide basic equipment for in-person meeting and livestreaming (tables, chairs, projectors, microphones); additional services (interpretation, catering, technical support) are self-funded.

Proposals will be reviewed based on theme relevance, content quality, and geographical balance. Results for side-event and forums will be communicated by mid-May 2025, along with venue details, logistical arrangements, room allocations, and facilitation services.
