From 22th–25th September, 2025, the venue can host up to 50-100 booths depending on the applications and customization needs.

The application is open to all Congress participants—submit proposals by 9th May, 2025 via [online form link]. The MAB Secretariat will review applications and select exhibitors based on theme relevance, content quality, and geographical balance. The results will be communicated to applicants by mid-May alongside the booth allocation and an exhibitor manual.
